Welcome to the Slieve Roe, a modern sanctuary nestled amid the lush, rolling Irish countryside, where the focus is on your comfort and relaxation. From the sun-soaked entrance hall, perfect for losing yourself in a good book as the sun sets over the Cooley Mountains, to the spacious open-plan living area, the space is designed to inspire connection and tranquility.
The Living Space
Relax on ample seating, savoring moments of laughter and conversation. Gather around the spacious dining table, designed to accommodate 10 people comfortably, and enjoy meals prepared in a well-equipped kitchen that eliminates the need to dine out.
The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Including a full sized oven with electric hob, a microwave, a diswhwasher, and a large fridge with freezer compartment.
Slieve Roe is also tailored for the outdoor enthusiast. With a dedicated “mud-room,” equipped with a separate WC, washing machine, and drying machine, we’ve made it easy for you to transition from a day of mountain biking or exploring the Mourne Mountains to the comfort of your home-away-from-home.
The Bedrooms
Retreat to the home’s bedroom section, where you’ll find four inviting en-suite rooms, each equipped with comfortable twin beds. Awaken to the melodious chorus of birds, framed by the majestic views of the Mourne Mountains and the tranquil silver birch and rowan trees. And with blackout curtains, you can indulge in a leisurely morning, undisturbed.
Each room features its own ensuite, with a bath (and overhead shower) in the main bedroom and invigorating showers in the others.
Outside Space
To the front of Slieve Roe is an outside dining area, which extends on to a lawn (has a fence, but is not securely fenced).
